Return Policy

Please read below for our product specific return and refund policies.
Epoxy Products

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you've received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. NO EXCEPTIONS. Product return will be denied if storage instructions are not followed (Store above 50f in a dark dry room and below 90f). We are not responsible for damages caused by weather, Acts of God, or acts or omissions of others. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  

Refunds

Refunds (if applicable)Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 3-5 business days. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns. We do not accept returns on pallet orders of any kind.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at: info@poxytop.com

Custom Order Products

Custom orders such as custom furniture and prototype items are not returnable or refundable. These are items that we do not stock. Materials are sourced, and labor is produced to create the custom product for the customer. If there are defects upon receiving the item please contact us at: info@poxytop.com so we can assess the damages and offer a solution.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Warranty

We take great care to produce beautiful and high quality items. If you receive something that is flawed, reach out to us so we can assess the product. Custom order products only have a limited 30 day warranty unless stated otherwise in the custom order agreement. This warranty covers defects or damages caused by employees of Catawba Artisan.
